My coaching is always designed to your needs, but there is a natural flow in the conversations and your learning.

    We work together to get clarity on your current situation and what you want to achieve.

  2. AWARENESS
    I guide you to increased awareness about yourself and the situation from the perspectives of your language, moods and emotions, and your body.

  3. POSSIBILITIES
    With increased awareness we explore what possibilities might be showing up, that will change your direction and succeed.

  4. ACTION & COMMITMENT
    You experience a ‘shift’ where it becomes very clear for you, what you want to do now.
    And commit to yourself to do it.

Language

Your language creates your perception of reality and drives action with others.

Depending on your goal with coaching the field of language can explore themes like:

How effective is your way of using language and conversations to achieve your goals in collaboration with others? And what is the quality of your listening?

What are the words and stories you tell about yourself, your identity and dignity?

Zooming in on facts versus judgment or assessments. What’s the driver behind when we mix it up and get a blurry picture of a situation?

Moods and emotions

Your nervous system has learned how to protect you. It guides what seems possible for you, or what is not possible.

Think about it: The human body has a language that is older than the spoken - our emotions and nervous system.

I guide you to be more aware of the signals from your moods and emotions. Discover when they are helping you or not.

Over time you will learn how to manage your mood according to what you want.

Body posture and dynamics

Your body is in constant dynamic movement guided by your nervous system. And keeps score of past experiences.

Coaching to your body has huge potential for a shift in your life, and is often overseen by other coaching practices.

It often happens that the ‘roadblock’ in your life is also locked in your body dynamics - maybe overly protective or too fierce.

Exploring shifting positions or dynamics can be a key differentiator in finding new possibilities for you.

What matters most in your life

The fundamental concerns you have in your life are fundamental for your way of being.

We are partly aware - and other parts are hidden to us. The primary concerns we have for our life are guiding a lot of our actions, how we perceive ourself, others and the world.

Many coaching conversations take leaps forward when I help you to explore what matters most to you, and which areas of your life needs focus in the coaching conversations.

This is also a place to find meaning and purpose for what you want explore and succeed with in your life.

Expanding the horizon

Personality profiles

The goal with coaching might include a wish to get a deeper understanding of your personality and preferences - both in your private life and in a leadership role.

I include relevant frameworks in this field in agreement with you and ensure to use them in an ethical way and only models with solid proof of relevance.

Wisdom and your inner voice

There is power and knowledge in old wisdom traditions, mindful body practices and meditation. I use my experiences and learnings from more wise people in my coaching - sometimes the answers we seek come from a deep voice inside ourselves or from how we connect with nature and old traditions.
